Customer Service Representatives consult with walk-in customers with their graphic & printing needs.
Qualifications Include
Education:
High School Diploma
Post secondary education in graphic design, print media is an asset
Knowledge, skills & abilities
Proficiency in the use of PC based computer programs for:
Word processing
Designing
Desktop Publishing
Scanning & burning
Email, Internet & FTP
Knowledge, skills & abilities
Proficiency in the use of office equipment:
Computer, scanners, printers
Fax & copiers
Laminator and other finishing equipment is an asset
Experience
Previous relevant experience in a similar setting
