It was March 1992 when Monica Alongi, her father Vince and family moved to Orleans to open a franchise called SURE Print & Copy Centre. The franchise originated in British Columbia and opening SURE Print & Copy Centre in Orleans would be the first one in Ontario. It is now the biggest location in Canada.

It's nice to get to know someone because then you know what to expect. Surprises are kept to a minimum and in business that's a good thing.

Standing at the front counter of Sure Print & Graphics in Orleans, it is quickly apparent that the store's reputation for quality was built on both a sense of "know-how" as well as "know-who".
